We are looking for guests who will treasure our home and make great memories here. It's such a great place to be and there is lots of fun to be had here. Our desire is for you to love it and want to return and find it in the same great condition as you found it. Please respect our property and take good care of it while you are visiting. Here are a few reminders: Children must be supervised. Respect our neighbors. No unnecessary or disruptive noise, music, special events or parties at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 pm and 9 am and must be respected. Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Do not move the furniture around. Damage is your responsibility. Trash must only be placed in the three cans in the bear cage outside. No trash is to be left inside the house or on the decks or patios when you leave. ** NO Pets. Many guests have pet allergies, and our housekeepers charge a significant extra amount for cleaning pet hair. This additional fee will be passed on to you. ** NO SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property - inside or outside. If cigarette butts are found, a significant additional fee will be charged to clean up. **Only the number of guests that you have reported should be allowed onto the property or inside the home. Hosting additional guests will result in all occupants being asked to vacate the property. There will be no refund.
